Raise The Curtain Campaign
Since the ground breaking ceremony on October, 25, 2011, excitement regarding the new performing arts center, the crown of the Bettendorf High School facility projects, has been building.
The School Board has approved a budget and secured funds to build and furnish both the Bettendorf High School and Herbert Hoover facility projects. Those details may be found on the district website.
In addition, the Bettendorf Fine Arts Booster organization is committed to supporting this project by raising funds through the “Raise the Curtain Campaign.” These funds will be used to purchase a grand piano, and any excess funds will be used to purchase sound recording equipment. Fine Arts faculty and administrative input determined that these purchases would increase the quality and usefulness of the new facility.
To secure the funds for these enhancements, the Booster organization invites the greater Bettendorf community, including parents/guardians of current and future students, alumni, and supporters of the arts, to make a donation. Each donation, which is tax deductible, will be recognized on an engraved wall plaque, which will be displayed in the Fine Arts wing.
The “Raise the Curtain Campaign” has a goal to raise $100,000.

We have raised $31,090.00 as of May 8, 2013.
Every level of support will receive recognition on the engraved wall plaque, and each donation will be recognized in the grand opening program.

BRONZE: $100 donation
